Problem Note 35144: Cube Designer wizard ignores custom captions for the All member for dimensions that have only one hierarchy

The Dimension Designer - Define a Hierarchy window within the Cube Designer wizard in SAS® OLAP Cube Studio enables you to specify a custom value for the All member in a dimension. However, in SAS® 9.2, if your dimension has only one hierarchy defined, then the custom value will be reset back to the default when you exit that wizard window.
To circumvent this issue, you can save out the long form of the PROC OLAP code by using the Export Code button on the final window of the Cube Designer wizard, or by selecting Export Cube from the pop-up menu for the cube under the Cube folder of the Inventory tab. You can then edit the PROC OLAP code and specify the desired text for the All member, and then submit the PROC OLAP code through SAS® Enterprise Guide® or a batch SAS session.
